MICS Crisis Support Application ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application developed by Michigan Indian-American Community Services (MICS) to connect individuals in need of assistance with registered volunteers within the community. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the safety of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the MICS Crisis Support Application.

  • MICS membership and referral details

  • Details about assistance needed or services offered (volunteer profiles)

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or protect the safety and rights of users and the community.

However, no system can be completely secure. You are encouraged to keep your login credentials confidential.
