Welcome to the Health Education Blog!

Thank you for being here.

As you know we are all being overwhelmed with a lot of information in the news. As we learn and hear about all the unknowns that the coronavirus pandemic has brought us, we can help ourselves by using what we do know and apply known methods to help and improve our emotional, mental and physical health.

This blog was started in response to the covid19 pandemic and the health challenges that came with it and was created by a group of health practitioners with the goal of providing education and guidance on the current pandemic as well as a wide variety of health related topics.

The authors come from all different specialties and we are looking forward to providing holistic answers to everyday health challenges. The Blog will attempt to provide timely and relevant information and we welcome ideas and questions from our readers.  Happy Reading and hope you will join us on this journey.
