On Friday May, 1 2020, Governor Whitmer signed Executive Order 2020-70 which stated that some work types that have a very low risk of COVID-19 infection like construction, real-estate activities and work that is preformed outdoors. They will resume work on May 7th.
The new Executive Order 2020-07 states that Michiganders must not leave their homes except to run critical errands or go to specified jobs. It also states that businesses to adopt measures to protect their workers against the spread of COVID-19.
