I am always looking for ways to teach kids different aspects of life and hoping to give back to the community in whatever way I can (Interfaith dialogue, Yoga, language teaching, science & beyond).

About the course

Learn basic techniques of Yoga to increase flexibility, immunity and strengthening of various muscles. These practices will help in improving focus & concentration. We will start with simple stretching, Sun Salutations, postures and breathing techniques.
