MICS Healthy Living group is proud to introduce another highly anticipated  project ..*MICS Eight-Week Weight loss program* intended  to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle at each stage of life.  Weight loss is a journey....where only a complete approach can achieve long-term success.

To help you reach your weight loss goals our experts are bringing together a unique blend of weight loss tips which include Stress Hormonal management, Indian dietary recommendations, Ayurvedic & Homeopathic approach along with exciting Indian Dancerobics.

Program will be launched with a Free Introductory week of webinars from Jan 18-Jan 21 which will be presented on MICS FB Live.

  • "Ayurvedic Approach to Weight Loss" by Meena Puri, Ayurvedic Practitioner

Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 8 pm

  • "Famous Dixit Diet" by Dr Ratna Ashtekar, physician

Thursday January 21, 2021 at 6 pm

  • Detroit Folk Arts : Live Bhangra and Garba session.

At the end of the Free Introductory week you will have heard from our experts from different medical backgrounds and about their different approaches to weight loss. Participants can decide which approach they want to follow based on their preferences and health needs. For the next 8 weeks Registered Participants will have access to weekly interactive educational and coaching sessions with panelists and guest consultants and once a week Dancerobic session. The experts will provide guidance and coaching in an interactive group setting via zoom. The number of sessions will be increased or decreased depending on the need and availability, but at least once a week.

We intend to provide daily tips and encourage everyone to share their journey in the group setting as well, while respecting everyone's privacy. The goal is to enjoy a healthier lifestyle over the next eight weeks which will help kick start the process of having a healthy weight.

Just as a reminder there is no patient-doctor relationship and this is purely for educational and coaching purposes only. For specific health issues please make sure to consult a physician.
